What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Cats and Dogs, no aggressive breeds. We also permit exotic animals, such as fish and birds. Deposits and fees still apply.

Residents may have 2 pets not to exceed 100 pounds combined.

Yes, there is an option to break a lease with termination fees and concession payback.

No utilites are included in the lease.
How long is the term of the lease?
7-12 months
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Short term leases are available. Minimum of 3 months (extra fees apply).
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Sign in on the Resident Portal Tab on www.theberkeleyapartments.com to submit an online service request or call the Leasing Office at 817-924-5100
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and will be accepted as an on time payment until the 5th of each month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
The 6th of the month. There is an initial $50 late charge and $10 per day until it is paid.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes, electronic payments are accepted.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Sign in on the Resident Portal Tab on www.theberkeleyapartments.com to submit an online rental payment or drop your check off in the night drop box located at the Leasing Office.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
The lease mandates that a person must be added to the lease if there a staying for longer than 7 consecutive days.
Do you have reserved parking?
Some apartment homes have attached garages. Detached garages and covered parking spaces are available.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a designated parking space.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes, a satellite dish provider may install a dish if the resident provides the Leasing Office with proof of Renter’s Insurance (coverage $50,000)
Do you have cable services?
The apartments are pre-wired for AT&T U-Verse.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, we accept packages at the Leasing Office.
